How much do you charge per exhibition?
Basic Booth (1 stall): 90,000 yen (tax excluded)
Counter Booth (1 stall): 40,000 yen (tax excluded)

Cancel Fee in Case of Cancellation after Application
In case that you cancel your exhibition after the application, we will charge you the costs actually generated in preparation for your exhibition as a cancellation fee.
How will booth spaces be allocated?
The event organizer will decide their allocation in consideration of the content of exhibitions and the number of booth spaces, etc. after the deadline of application.
Will you charge for admission?
There will be no charge for admission, but you need to register in advance or to register on the event day using an invitation ticket.
